If you've built with models beyond the demo stage, with tools, evals, retrieval, and real users, this pipeline moves fast. Who this is for You've shipped something LLM-powered that real people used, at work or on your own. You know the difference between a wrapper and a system, because you've had to fix the wrapper. You keep up. New models, new patterns, new tooling, weekly. Your agent work sits on real engineering fundamentals, and interviews confirm it. You want to work at the companies defining this wave, from seed to scale.
