About the Role
About the Role We are seeking a hands-on GenAI / Agentic AI Developer to build and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks. This role is ideal for engineers who have experience building production GenAI applications, multi-agent workflows, AI copilots, and intelligent automation solutions using modern AI frameworks and cloud platforms. What You'll Do Build GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and tool-calling architectures. Develop multi-agent solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex. Design retrieval pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search. Develop backend APIs and services using Python, FastAPI, Flask, and microservices. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, knowledge bases, and document repositories. Deploy and monitor AI solutions using cloud-native technologies and CI/CD pipelines. Implement best practices for evaluation, observability, security, and responsible AI. Required Skills Professional experience developing applications in Python. Hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI or Agentic AI solutions. Experience with one or more of the following: LangGraph LangChain AutoGen CrewAI Semantic Kernel LlamaIndex Experience implementing RAG solutions using embeddings and vector databases. Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar platforms. Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms, Docker, and modern software engineering practices. Preferred Skills Multi-agent orchestration Model Context Protocol (MCP) GraphRAG Neo4j / Knowledge Graphs Azure AI Search Pinecone OpenSearch LangSmith MLflow AI Security & Guardrails Compensation Base Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000 USD Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, and level.
