Role: Google AI Agentic Architect (AI Governance Focus) Location: Johns Creek, GA Core Responsibilities Agentic Framework Design: Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems using tools like Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), AutoGen, or LangGraph AI Governance Setup: Develop enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks to ensure autonomous systems uphold ethics, bias detection, fairness, and regulatory compliance Control & Guardrails: Establish the "brains and hands" of agents. Set up action authorization policies, tool catalogs, and "kill switch" mechanisms to keep agents within safe operational boundaries. Visibility & Monitoring: Architect automated systems for continuous agent auditing, goal-drift detection, activity logging, and incident response protocols. GCP Architecture: Leverage Google Cloud tools like Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise, and BigQuery for model serving, context management, and security. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate complex AI technology into clear, non-technical policies by collaborating closely with legal, risk, and compliance teams. Qualifications Experience: 8+ years in software/solution architecture, with 3+ years specifically in Generative AI, LLMs, or multi-agent frameworks. Google Cloud: Hands-on experience architecting AI solutions using the Google Cloud ecosystem (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions). Governance Knowledge: Strong understanding of Responsible AI practices, risk modeling, and technical implementation of compliance requirements.
