Principal AI/ML Engineer

Must-Have Skills Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM and agent-based systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI. Expertise with RAG, semantic search, vector databases, and prompt engineering. Experience developing AI agents for workflow automation, code generation, data analysis, personalized assistants, content creation, or multi-agent systems. Strong software engineering fundamentals with Python, REST APIs, microservices, and public cloud environments; familiarity with Go, Kubernetes, Java, or Scala is a plus. Builder mentality with a track record of taking products from concept to production. Preferred Qualifications Experience with knowledge graphs, entity extraction, and integrating graph-based retrieval with LLMs. Background in code generation, semantic extraction, or vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate. Experience with Spark, compiler development, or optimizing ML models for low-latency production environments. Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects. Strong technical judgment and ability to drive build-versus-buy decisions.
