Remote Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-level agent systems automating KYB, underwriting, and risk assessments on regulated financial data. Responsibilities include: building complex multi-step agent architectures, designing retrieval layers with grounding and reranking, managing eval stacks for performance and safety, integrating agents with production systems, and driving MLOps practices such as deployment, versioning, and incident management. Qualifications: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in production LLM or agent systems, proficiency in Python and TypeScript, hands-on with agent frameworks (preferably LangGraph), strong knowledge of RAG fundamentals, and experience with fintech or regulated environments. Skills: systems engineering, evaluation discipline, MLOps, security and compliance, open-source contributions, and cloud infrastructure expertise.
