Senior Full Stack Engineer Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Remote (United States Only) About the Opportunity Our client is building an AI-driven copilot platform that helps B2B organizations automate prospecting, pipeline generation, and sales workflows. The platform integrates with CRM systems, email platforms, and collaboration tools while leveraging modern AI technologies, LLMs, and agent frameworks. They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building products from the ground up, solving complex engineering challenges, and delivering customer-facing solutions. This is a hands-on role within a small, high-performing engineering team where engineers have direct impact on product direction and execution. The position is primarily backend-focused (approximately 60% backend / 40% frontend) and uses TypeScript across the entire technology stack. What You'll Be Doing Design, develop, and maintain customer-facing product features. Build scalable backend services and APIs using TypeScript and Node.js. Develop AI-powered workflows, automation capabilities, and agent-based solutions. Integrate with CRM platforms, email systems, and collaboration tools. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver business-critical functionality. Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications running in AWS environments. Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a recognized U.S. institution. Minimum 7 years of professional experience using TypeScript as a primary programming language. Strong experience building and operating applications on AWS. Proven experience delivering production AI/LLM features used by external customers. Experience working in startup environments or small engineering teams. Must be based in the United States. Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
