Software Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a high growth AI Services company building out their North America practice. They're looking for a Solution Architect to be the trusted technical anchor for enterprise customers in financial services and life sciences, architecting agentic AI solutions from concept through deployment. The company operates as an AI-first services and product studio, taking agentic AI systems from prototype into production for regulated enterprises. Engagements span cloud modernization, data platforms, and LLM-powered automation. This is a newly-established North America practice, meaning early hires play a foundational role in shaping how the business operates in the region long term. Required experience: 6+ years in solution architecture Deep experience in financial services or life sciences Proven experience scoping, sizing, and proposing technical solutions to enterprise clients Experience architecting or delivering agentic AI / GenAI solutions for enterprise clients Experience with AWS (or Azure/GCP) Based in the East Coast (New York ideally) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field The role is remote, based on the US East Coast (New York preferred), base salary of $220k - $280k + Bonus + Equity For immediate consideration please apply, interviews for strong applicants are usually booked within 48 hrs.
